The Headgame’s no show and late policies are in place to accommodate all clients and service providers. Please note we have a 10 minute grace period of all scheduled appointments. To ensure all clients are taken on time, after 10 minutes, we will have to cancel the appointment. In some cases, the stylist may be able to accommodate a client with an abridged version of a haircut. We also require a 2 hour advance cancellation notice. If a client does not provide an advance notice 2 hours before the scheduled appointment or does not show, we reserve the right to charge a 50% fee of the service price.
